About Us
Built by a Builder.
For Builders.
"I spent 20 years reading blueprints, managing crews, and solving physical problems. I didn't come to software through a bootcamp or a CS degree. I came because AI tools finally put coding within reach of people who think like builders."
The AI-Enabled Coder exists because the fastest-growing segment of the developer community — people building real software with AI tools, without traditional CS backgrounds — has no authoritative resource built specifically for them.
Every existing coding resource assumes you already know the fundamentals. We don't. We start with what happens when you ask AI to build something, then teach you to understand what it generated, debug what breaks, and know when something isn't right.
This site was founded by Chuck Kile — a 20-year construction veteran from Coeur d'Alene, Idaho who built a PostgreSQL database infrastructure, an MCP server with 60+ tools, AI agents, and production APIs. All without a CS degree. All with AI as his primary coding partner.
Our Mission
The freeCodeCamp for Vibe Coders
There's no independent, authoritative publication that serves people who build real software with AI tools. We're changing that.
Comprehensive Guides
2,100+ articles planned across 9 learning tracks, covering everything from HTML basics to SaaS architecture — all through the AI lens.
Free Forever
Every guide, every tutorial, every project walkthrough is free. No paywall. No premium tier. If you can build, you belong here.
Security First
Most AI coding sites skip security entirely. We include vulnerability awareness, best practices, and code review guidance in every relevant guide.
Our Method
How We Explain Things
Traditional coding education: Definition → Syntax → Example → Try It.
Our approach: Real Scenario → What AI Generated → Understanding Each Part → What Can Go Wrong → How to Debug with AI → What to Learn Next.
Example
Instead of "What is an API? An Application Programming Interface is..." we write: "When you ask Claude to 'build me an app that shows weather data,' it's going to use an API. If you don't understand what that means, you can't debug it when it breaks." Then we show the actual code Claude generates, explain each line, cover common AI mistakes, and provide tool-specific debugging tips.
